My analog mind meshes media (sculptural, tactile, & photographic) with digital tools, but my fallen soul strives for stewardship. I remain rooted in redemption – the breath of life colliding with dust. We are Spirit-animated atoms knit together. In these tapestries I am led to mimic that divine creativity… so that threads and pixels dance, singing of (and with) the restless wrestling human heart. Cataracts may one day fill these dim glass eyes – weak vessels for reflections of Sonatas from beyond the veil – but in such struggle beauty thrives. In bringing together these images as a series of digital prints, I reflect with both whimsy and gravity on the tension between organic and synthetic, and share a layered vision of life between the garden and the city.
